The Karmapa requested us to purchase additional parcels of land around the original 100 acres of gifted land.
The first additional parcel of 33 acres was purchased in 2018. This additional land fronts on the Trans Canada Highway and includes a year-round brook.
Preparations for private visits of His Holiness Karmapa in 2018 (which were postponed), as well as the purchase of the additional acreage, were sponsored by a private donor who wishes to remain anonymous.
Karma Samadhi Ling is a non-profit organization registered with the federal government of Canada. Donations of any size are appreciated. Donors will receive Thank-You cards with an annual update at the end of each year.

This year we will continue with the landscaping around our Tara statue as well as improving the pathway to the grove.

- Membership in the Bras D’Or Biosphere Reserve: $25
- Landscaping around our Tara Buddha Statue installation: $1,000- $1,500
