In July & August, Ani Jangchub led a six-week course on basic meditation called Learning to Meditate. The course was open to all, and well attended.

On Friday June 14, 7pm, Ani Chodron of Gampo Abbey gave a presentation at the BOLD centre on The Pause practice as taught by Pema Chodron. 55 people attended her talk and loved it! Due to popular demand, she was considering a return visit, perhaps in August.

At the invitation of Karma Samadhi Ling, Acharya Choying Gyurmey visited Nova Scotia from April 29th to May 6th, 2019.
